Barre

Barre class is a sculpting and toning class inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. It is designed to give you the long, lean body of a dancer while promoting grace, balance, and good posture. The focus of the class is building a strong core (abdominal, gluteal, back extensor muscles) and the strength, endurance, and flexibility of the upper and lower extremities that not just dancers but EVERYONE needs!

Class starts with slow and steady leg work while at the Barre followed by working the arms with high reps and low weights. We hit the mat to work out core and end the class with stretch and meditation.

Barre is a full body, slow the roll class that changes you more than you will ever know.

Our Barre classes are pretty popular and usually sell out so due to limited spots pre-registration is required. And please note that if you register and do not show you will will be charged the drop-in fee even if you are a monthly member.

Be Fly & Flexible

Be fly & flexible with a one of a kind class designed for a deep lengthening stretch. Go deeper to reach your flexibility goals. This class will assist you in getting into moves which require more flexible movement in all classes but especially Be Fly Tricks Foundations.

Be Fly & Tone

Elevate your average workout, burning calories and turning the usual fitness routine upside down!

Core, abs, arms, glutes…whatever area you are seeking to flex. As you progress through strengthening and mobility exercises, this class can be as challenging as you make it. Using your own body weight and varying angles of leverage will tailor the class to your specific needs & level of difficulty.

Be Fly Float (Restore)

Restore and relax with yoga and meditation inspired Aerial Hammock session. This class will guide you through gentle stretching with the Aerial Hammock, meditation, and relaxation.

Be Fly Intro

The Be Fly Intro is a MANDATORY class to be taken before you can take any other Aerial class.

This class provides you with the principles of using aerial silk hammocks for fitness and spinal decompression. You will be taught about safety as well as learn different grips and wraps, modifications and terminology. You will learn how to safely perform an inversion and find your balance as well as learn some fitness moves incorporated in our Be Fly & Tone and Be Fly Float.

Be Fly Intro is about fundamentals, it is not designed to be a workout (although some parts may feel like one) and it is not designed to teach you aerial tricks. We will be going upside down into inversions so if this is something you already know you do not like, this may not be the class for you.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is not your typical yoga class. In Buti we use power yoga, plyometric movements, and tribal dance to get the core fired up and tone the entire body.

It’s fun, wild, and made for anybody! Get ready to sweat and transform your body from the inside out!

Bringing your own mat is encouraged as limited mats are available.

FUSE

Combining yoga flows, body sculpting reps with weights, core exercises and Pilates moves FUSE hits each part of your body giving you a complete and balanced workout.

This low impact class focuses more on creating long lean muscles and less on cardio burn making FUSE the perfect class if you want to work out but don’t have time to hit the showers when you are done.

By starting class with a yoga flow you begin by centering and focusing yourself while warming up your body for the workout to come. We then move on to body sculpting using light weights but with higher reps to create tight, toned muscles. Sculpting the body with weights has shown to have benefits beyond just toning and strengthening. Weight training has has been linked to increasing your metabolism so when you add muscle to your body, you add more calorie burning power. Body toning and sculpting also help strengthen your bones as you gain muscle. Our core exercises will engage your abdominal muscles and our Pilates moves will focus on creating fluid movements to create long lean lines. In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions and proper breathing is essential. Finally each class ends with a brief meditation helping you refocus and take the time to just be still.

FUSE will leave you strengthened, stretched and centered ready to take on the day.

Hip Hop Fitness

A fun and diverse mixture of hip-hop with easy to follow choreography. Get fit with the latest dance moves while getting a great workout! WARNING this is an “earmuffs” class. Lyrics are uncensored and may contain explicit content.

SHRED

Experience SHRED -an intense HIIT all body workout that goes beyond just exercise.

Using only 40 seconds of specially designed exercises followed by 20 seconds of static yoga stretch we will create lean muscles, burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance.

Open to all levels, SHRED is class that has you excited to try, dying halfway through and left wanting more at the end. Come push past your limits and share the SHRED!

Please note!

In regards to the early morning classes if a certain number of participants are not registered by 9pm the night before, emails will be sent out alerting the class has been cancelled.

If you need to cancel be sure to CANCEL before 9pm. If you are a “no show” or cancel after 9pm you will be CHARGED the drop in rate of $9. This goes for everyone including monthly members.

Doors will be locked when class starts so please arrive on time.
