Where are you located?
We are located right on the corner of 2nd Ave W & Superior St across from the Western Bank building.
There’s access from Superior Street or through the Skywalk. If you’re coming from the Holiday Center from the 2nd floor you’ll walk west past the Greenery and Sneakers and there’ll be a brown door on your left before you come to the Skywalk above 2nd Ave. Go in the door, down the stairs and through the door on the right and you’re there!

How do I sign up for class?
Signing up for classes is strongly advised but not always mandatory. The benefits of signing up is that should a class be cancelled or there be an instructor change you will be notified via email.
Classes such as Shred, P90X and Fuse do have a limit on spots so signing up will help ensure you a place in that class. If you are not signed up we cannot guarantee your place. Priority will be given to those that have signed up and you will be put on a waitlist.
Sign up IS MANDATORY for Barre and any Aerial Fitness class as there are very limited spots. If you are NOT signed up and show up for a Barre or Aerial class we cannot guarantee you a spot.
If you do visit MindBody and see that a class is full, we advise you keep checking the MindBody site to see if there have been any cancellations and a spot opens up.
Do I have to check In?
Upon arrival at Ignite you MUST check in with the front desk. Even if you “signed up” online it does not mean you are “checked in”. Please make sure to let the front of house staff you know you are here.
If you plan on staying for back to back classes please got out to the front desk and let them know.
Checking in is an important liability issue for us so please take the time to do so.
What if I am late?
We ask that if you are new to Ignite you arrive 20 minutes prior to start time to check in and get a look at our digs.
For those more seasoned peeps 10 minutes prior is recommended
But if you are tardy for the party and are more than 5 minutes late we cannot guarantee your spot will be available.
If you are 10 minutes late you will not be allowed into class as it can be dangerous and disruptive.
What is your cancellation policy?
We like to know if you are showing up or not. We really do care! If you are signed up for a class and don’t show up, we start to worry. So if something happens and you can’t make the class, just cancel via MindBody at least 4 HOURS before class.
If you DO NOT cancel 4 hours before class you will be charged the drop in rate of $9 for any class with the exception of Aerial which you would be charged the $10 drop in rate.
And as you know guys, we TOTALLY understand about last minute emergencies, bad roads, sudden migraines, etc. but we also don’t want to turn anyone away if your space is empty.
What's the deal with memberships and punch cards?
Monthly memberships include access to ALL regularly scheduled classes with the exception of any Aerial classes. For Aerial you will need to purchase a separate punch card.
Punch cards are also valid for ALL regularly scheduled classes with the exception of Aerial.
For monthly memberships we require a credit or debit card. Your account will be charged monthly on the date that you signed up as a member.
All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions. Memberships and punch cards are not eligible for transfer or exchange.
Punch cards NEVER expire!
Do I get anything if I refer a friend?
Do you know if you are a Monthly Member and someone you refer signs up for a Monthly Membership you get a FREE month? It’s true.
Our system is not set up for automatic free months so if you bring a buddy and they join, let us know and we’ll get you comped for the next month.
This offer is only good for 1st time referrals and clients new to Ignite.
