“I started going to Jill’s Zumba classes a year ago because I was determined to lose weight. I started going and felt so great about it that I couldn’t get enough. I also have attended many of Dawn’s classes over the last few months. I don’t’ know what I would do without Zumba, Jill, and Dawn!! I go to class and feel great about myself, I am able to relieve some stress and shed calories from the day. I have Dropped 55 pounds and was heading into a size 22 pants and now am comfortably into a 13/14. I have been able to maintain my weight loss and still love going.
