Don’t Get Beat By The Heat!

The next few days are going to be EXTREMELY hot (and we are not just talking about on the dance floor).

If you are attending class please be sure to drink plenty of water.  Maybe even something electrolyte enhanced if that works for you.

Also, don’t be afraid to take a break when and if you need to.  Listen to your body.  If you start to feel overheated, SIT DOWN!!

Remember to take care of yourself.
