PomSquad Fitness is a dance cardio class that combines choreographed moves to the music that elevate your heart rate, concentrates on overall body tone and will put a smile on your sweaty face.
The pom poms are not necessary but add a little weight to help tone and not be tough on the joints. And who are we kidding. They are FUN and make noise!
