Thanks Aimee!!  We all know that a workout feels less like work when we are having fun.  Zstudio is one of the few places you can go to and just relax and release with no judgement.  Be silly.  Have fun.  Get fit.

I would love more evening 5:30 and 6:30 combos of cardio and/or toning.  IE: wed 5:30 Zumba/6:30 Dancer’s Body/7:30 Zumba.  Pretty please with a cherry on top!! – Tiersa

Due to the overwhelming requests both in writing and in person we decided to do something we have NEVER done before and change the schedule before we normally do.  The new schedule ONLY affects Wednesday and Thursday NIGHT classes and will start on Wednesday February 17th.  Please refer to MindBody for the updated schedule as well as the printed version.  The web site schedule will be updated the week of the 15th.

Leave it to us hearty Northlanders to be “warm” in January 🙂  At the studio we like to keep it comfortable for your workouts but unfortunately when the temps dip down to the teens or lower there is a concern for pipes freezing up.  In order to prevent this disaster we have to do something we never have to do and that is turn the heat up.  We try to keep it between 60 – 66 degrees.  If you do get too warm turn on the fan, drink some water and take a quick pop outside.  And if the heat does get to be too much remember to take a break.
