We will have a new schedule starting November 1st that will run through the end of the month.
Since our November schedule is a temporary schedule while we wait on our new digs, we have decided to shake things up and add some new classes.
Come check out Zstudio’s latest kick butt offerings, ZShred by Danny Strohman and Z90X led by Amanda Wenzel.
ZShred is a HIIT program, or high-intensity interval training, in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
P90X combines a variety of exercise techniques, including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.
And remember November is “Bro-Vember”. All guys get in free, to all classes, all month.
